banana bread

Indigo and Willow made banana bread this afternoon. They are such good little cooks. We own the _Waldorf Kindergarten Snack Book_ and it has lots of really nice recipes, but I also love _Peter Rabbit's Natural Foods Cookbook_. It has been around since I was a little girl, so it is smudged up and very used-looking (just like a good cookbook should be). The recipes are very kid friendly. Sometimes I have to substitute some of the ingredients, but it is a very sweet book overall.
